Medication Requests
Requests for medication can also be made by completing the Online Medication Request form and you will receive an SMS message when your request is ready for collection.

Upon approval of the request for medication, a text message will be sent to you advising the medication is ready to be picked up. Medication must be paid for prior to or upon pickup unless prior arrangements are in place.
Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.
